Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups gramflaur


  • 1 cups clarified butter


  • 2 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1 1/4 cups water


  • 1 tbsp cashewnut

Directions

  • First sieve gramflaur.
  • Heat a pan add clarified butter and immediately add milk.now switch off the flam
  • Now add this mixture in gramflaur and mix with your palm .
  • Mixture should be look like bread crumbs .Rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat water in a pan add sugar and bring it to boil when its boil cook it for another 5minuts or till 1 thread consistency.now add cardmom powder and switch off the flam and keep aside.
  • Now heat 1 cup of ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
  • Add gramflaur mixture and roast it on slow flam till it fragrant and brown in colour.
  • Now add sugar syrup and stir it continue.
  • Cook it for 2minute.
  • Now pour the mixture in grease tray.
  • Garnish with cashewnut and cut into pieces.
